What are our fees?
For Buy to Lets:
● 12% monthly commission on the rent collected.
● Tenant find and set up, including inventory, check-in and check-out: 6% of annual rent
For HMOs:
● 14% monthly commission on the rent collected.
● Tenant find and set up, including inventory, check-in and check-out: 6% of annual rent
Included for BTL and HMOs : Marketing of the property, tenant find and vetting, contracts, deposit protection, inventory, check in and check out, inspections, etc.
Maintenance and repairs as per invoices from trades. We organise the works to be done, follow up and report back to you. We can use your trades as well.
