Leeds City Council Annual Landlords Conference 2018

Again this year we will attend this conference where landlords and the city Council get together to share information, opinions and experience.

Also a very good opportunity to network with other property investors.

Major redevelopment in Leeds City Center

Redevelopment on George Street area, between Kirkgate Market and the Victoria Gate development.

The proposals include replacing the current outdated 1930s and 1980s buildings with a new apart-hotel and nine commercial units which will bring more visitors into the area and improve the flow of customers between the market and Victoria Gate. The high standard of the proposed development will attract high quality retailers which will not only add value to but also complement the existing offer in the market.

he £14m project, led by Leeds City Council, will be funded by £4.4m from the council and £3m from the Playhouse’s own resources (including ongoing fundraising), alongside the Arts Council England  £6.6m  contribution.
